Full Wedding Planning Service


Our 3 Carat Service is designed for the couple that seeks professional expertise and experience to plan the wedding of their dreams. Using your inspirations, we provide options while you make the decisions. This package is the most popular service among StarDust couples. If you are a working couple, live out of town, or cannot fit another activity into your current schedule, this package is for you. This service level has no hourly limit and includes:

  • Lead Planner and 1 or 2 event assistants
  • Unlimited planning hours, communication, and planning meetings (in-person/virtual)
  • 20 hours day-of event management plus 2 hours for rehearsal
  • Services begin up to 12 months prior to wedding date
  • Access to personalized online planning portal
  • Create and manage wedding budget, including vendor payments
  • Create custom planning calendar
  • Provide etiquette expertise and behind-the-scenes consulting and resources
  • Provide “beginning to end” booking, coordination, and management for all vendors based on need, budget and style
  • Create invitation suite and wedding day stationery pieces
  • Assemble and mail invitations, save the dates, etc.
  • Provide RSVP service to include mailing of invitations and tracking of responses
  • Create décor plans for ceremony & reception
  • Create floor plans for ceremony and reception as needed
  • Confirm all wedding day vendors, coordinate vendor timelines, logistics, and wedding day set up details
  • Create and manage transportation plan
  • Prepare a detailed day-of timeline and distribute to all vendors
  • Direct ceremony rehearsal with officiant and assist all family and wedding party members with rehearsal
  • Create and distribute a custom Wedding Day Handout for wedding party and family

Brides who purchase a wedding gown from a StarDust Company will receive $100 – $300 off wedding planning services. All clients who engage our wedding planning services are eligible for “preferred client” salon discounts.

For guests list over 150, additional staff may be needed.
