Wedding Day Coordination

Our wedding coordination package, perfect for the couple that has planned their event but wants a professional to execute the plan on their behalf. This package provides a set number of hours for wedding day services. This service includes:

• Up to 9 hours of wedding day management plus 1 hour for rehearsal

• Services begin 45-days prior to wedding date

• Open communication via phone and email, with up to two planning meetings

• Contact and confirm all wedding day vendors

• Adjust floor plans for ceremony and reception as needed
